WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You can return merchandise within 14 days after your order has been received for either: 

a) Store credit.

b) A credit card refund.

Unfortunately, items marked "final sale" cannot be returned. We aim to please, so if you're unsatisfied with your purchase at any point in time, send us an email to support@brnollc.com and we'll see what we can do to help.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

Please email support@brnollc.com and include the following:

1.   Your order number.

2.  What items you'd like to return.

 Refund preference:

either a) store credit , or b) a credit card refund.

Reason you want to return the product (we love feedback).

WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN TO?

Please include your packing slip with your preference of store credit or a refund back to your credit card. If you no longer have your packing slip, please leave a note with your name, BRNO Store email account, order # and refund preference.  We advise that you keep your return tracking information until your refund has been processed by our support team.

CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE AN EXCHANGE?

We can usually exchange products  purchased in our Store because we permanently stock them. We can't guarantee an exchange for products purchased from one of our flash sales, but we'll do our best to accommodate you, so please email us and we'll see what we can do.

The quickest way to exchange an item that is currently live on BRNOstore.com is to place a new order for the same item (in the correct style). 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible. Once we've received the product(s) you'd like to return, we will refund your credit card which usually takes between 3-5 business days to process with your bank. We'll notify you via email once we've received your return and your refund has been processed.

MY NON-REFUNDABLE OR FINAL SALE ITEM WAS DELIVERED TO ME DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Contact our Customer Service team at emailing us at support@brnollc.com. Please provide your order number, the name of the product, the date of the purchase, and details of the damage. We will work as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE TO ME?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD?

Yes. All orders are transmitted over secure internet connections using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology.

DOES BRNO CHARGE SALES TAX?

We currently charge sales tax to customers who live in California. We are required by law to charge sales tax in the states where we have a physical presence.
